Here are some of the most common questions we have about taking online courses. We are happy to answer any other questions you might have by connecting with us.

  • What Classes are offered and the benefit of taking Online Courses?
    We offer Life, Health, Property & Casualty, Ethics Variable Products and Securities courses online. We also offer CE courses online where you can earn credits towards your yearly state requirements. Students can attend anywhere you have an Internet connection and a computer or laptop. (Currently iPad and tablet devices are not compatible with this technology)
  • When can I attend a class?
    These courses are all pre-recorded and can be taken at any time and anywhere you have internet access. Note: once you start a class, you will need to finish the secession in the allotted time. These product will expire 60 days after the purchase date.
  • Is the Course State Approved?
    Yes. Your Department of Insurance has approved us as a prelicensing correspondence or CE requirement course. By completing this course as directed, you will satisfy your full prelicensing requirement or CE yearly credit requirements.
  • Are there any guarantees?
    Our "Pass or Money Back" guarantee. We guarantee each student will pass his or her exam on the first attempt. If a student fails the state exam within three days after scoring 80% on Bonus or Guarantee Questions, we will refund the cost of the material when provided with a copy of the state exam results and access code.
  • How current are the prep materials?
    Our licensing prep materials uses Top-Notch Content which is always current. Because of our relationships with testing providers and communication with State Departments of Insurance (DOI’s), we are able to offer the most up-to-date state- and provider-specific study materials and exam simulations. Our content experts frequently review state-specific content and provider formats. They know when changes are going to happen, so they’re able to make the appropriate changes to our study materials and simulations.
  • Is there access to Exam Simulation?
    We offer a vast amount of simulated exams to prepare you for your certifications.
  • What if I have questions about course materials?
    We have an answer for every question with reps available six days a week, including evening hours Content experts are on hand to answer industry and state-specific questions Virtual Study Calendar gives Students a tool to manage their study time around their life and still complete the course quickly Our representatives are educated in all aspects of the courses we offer, so when questions are asked, they’re answered, fast.
  • What is your Refund Policy?
    Customers may request a refund, less any shipping costs, within 24 hours of purchase, provided that they have spent less than 1 hour within the online study materials and have not accessed the Simulate Your Exam feature. Refunds will not be granted for failure to complete study materials. Access to online study materials will be terminated upon request of a refund. Refunds may be requested by calling Customer Service at 800-586-2253 or emailing Customer Service at Any physical materials included in the purchase must be returned to ExamFX in original, unused condition. Refunds will not be issued for any portion of the purchase if physical materials have been torn, marked, highlighted, marred or have any other signs of use. Physical materials must be postmarked within 10 calendar days of the date that the refund is requested and will be subject to a $20.00 restocking fee.
